Brahman is the creator of our universe and the wonderful world in which we live. A part of this creative energy is integrated in your soul, called Atman. With this creative soul part, you continuously and more or less consciously, create your own reality with all your thoughts, feelings, words and deeds.
In the Vedas, Brahman is the creative principle of the creation of the universe. Along with Vishnu and Shiva, he is one of the three main energies that create, sustain and renew the universe. Brahman also stands for the universal knowledge such as the Vedas, the origin of desires and aesthetics. His feminine part is his wife and goddess Laxmi, which shares his energies of power (Shakti), abundance and beauty.
Brahman is the subtle energy in the form of a gigantic quantum field in which there is no matter yet. Only with a strong desire, a firm intention and a clear idea on quantum level an energy field is formed, but you need to continuously and intensively reinforce your goals with thoughts, feelings, words and deeds. This way the subtle energy of a thought of a desire materializes itself into a solid object on earth. This is the process of manifestation.
