Vegetables should be softboiled, because sometimes they contain substances, which are harmful for the body like in green beans. Halfcooked veggies are also little difficult to digest. So if you suffer from digestion problems like constipation you better cook them, even if you boil away the vitamins. Anyway, fruits and fresh herbs are a better source for vitamins. 


Gemüse sollte weich gekocht sein, da es manchmal Stoffe enthält, die für den Körper schädlich sind, wie z. B. grüne Bohnen. Auch halbgares Gemüse ist etwas schwer verdaulich. Wenn Du also unter Verdauungsproblemen wie Verstopfung leidest, koch Dein Gemüse lieber, auch wenn dabei die Vitamine verkochen. Obst und frische Kräuter sind in jedem Fall auch eine gute Vitaminquelle.
