In order for you to reach your goals in love and ease, you may consider a few things that are based on the universal laws. If thousand thoughts are running around your head, it will be difficult for you to make your dream come true. You pay attention to too many other things in the same time. If you have not yet fully defined your wish and is still caught in a fog of thoughts the manifestation of your desire is also difficult. The clearer you see your goal and the outcome, the faster it will manifest.

First define what exactly you want from the universe and then focus on your goal with all your words in language and thoughts, feelings and actions. For this you need time and space for yourself and mindfulness to keep aligning yourself with your goal. Meditating helps you to focus, but you should meditate for at least one hour daily.

Es ist auch möglich, dass Du Deinen Wunsch noch nicht vollständig definiert hast und er schwammig in Deiner Gedankencloud herum wabert. Je klarer Du Dein Ziel umgrenzen kannst und das Erging siehst umso schneller wird er sich manifestieren. 

Definiere zunächst, was Du Dir genau vom Universum wünscht und fokussiere Dich dann mit all Deinen Worten in Sprache und Gedanken, Gefühlen und Taten auf Deine Zielvorstellung. Dazu benötigst Du Zeit und Raum für Dich und Achtsamkeit, Dich immer wieder auf Dein Ziel auszurichten. Das Meditieren hilft Dir Dich zu fokussieren, Du solltest aber mindestens eine Stunde täglich meditieren.
