A great alternative to potatoe mash is puree from Fava beans. They contain less calories and more proteins than the potatoes puree. Just boil the beans for at least 4-6 hours with olive oil and little salt unless they are softboiled. Mash them in a mixer and serve the puree hot. Great to loose weight.


Es gibt eine großartige Alternative zu Kartoffelpüree: das Püree von Favabohnen. Es enthält deutlich weniger Kalorien und mehr Proteine als Kartoffelbrei. Koch die Favabohnen mit etwas Salz und Olivenöl oder Ghee für mindestens 4-6 Stunden bis sie ganz weichgekocht sind, püriere sie und serviere sie warm. Super zum Abnehmen.
