Coffee has a lots of bitter substances, which have a digesitive and cleansing effect, but only if you don’t drink more than one cup per day. Best is the freshly brewed one. Too much may disturb your inner peace and your sleep as coffee induces the production of adrenalin. This gives a good kick, but may be your body is already exhausted and needs rest to regenerate.
