PIMP YOUR FOOD

If possible, enhance your food in restaurants with some fresh organic herbs or salads. Most places don’t serve fresh or organic food items. Instead bring them with you and spread them over your meal. You can also add boiled vegetables oder lentils to your food, which you have prepared at home. A small thermos vessel keeps your stuff hot.

Du kannst auch gekochtes Gemüse oder Linsen dazu tun, die Du Dir zu Hause gekocht hast. Ein kleiner Thermosbehälter hält Dein Essen warm.
