POWER NAPPING

You sleep too little at night and you are often tired during the day, but still have to be efficient? Then you are either a doctor who works night shifts or a young mother or father. There is an easy technique to recover in a few seconds:
Take a bunch of keys in your hand and sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet room. Now close your eyes and keep the keys in your hand. When you fall asleep, you drop them and wake up. The few seconds of sleep are extremely restorative and give you energy for a few hours. Try it.

Du schläfst nachts zu wenig, bist tagsüber oft sehr müde und musst trotzdem leistungsfähig sein ? Dann bist Du entweder Arzt, der Nachtdienste hat oder junge Mutter bzw. Vater. Es gibt einen Technik, sich in wenigen Sekunden zu erholen: 
Nimm einen Schlüsselbund  in Deine Hand und setz Dich in einen ruhigen Raum in einen bequemen Stuhl. Schließe nun die Augen und behalte die Schlüssel in der Hand. Wenn Du einschläfst, lässt Du sie fallen und wachst auf. Die paar Sekunden des Schlafs sind ungemein erholsam und geben Dir sogar für ein paar Stunden Energie. Try it.
