SOUR PICKLES FOR DIGESTION

In some countries like Turkey or India you will find vegetables, which are pickled in vinegar or other sour food items for preservation. These sour vegetables are great for digestion. Don’t take too much because of acitidity and leave it, if it is too sour.

SAURE PICKLES FÜR DIE VERDAUUNG

In einigen Ländern, wie der Türkei oder Indien, gibt es saures Gemüse, das in Essig oder anderen sauren Lebensmitteln eingelegt wird. Es ist großartig für die Verdauung. Iss aber nicht zu viel davon wegen der Säure. Lass sie auch weg, wenn sie zu sauer sind.
