• time for bowel cleaning/toilet

• walk in the nature

• do some light gardening

• perform #Yoga exercises such as #Pawanamuktasana, the #Sun salutation or the #Firework exercises series

• dynamic #breathing exercises (#Pranayama) with #Ujjayi breathing

• start carefully with #intense breathing and #fire breathing

#Meditation for 1-2 hours a day

• relaxing yoga exercises
